We were recently invited by Carolina Khouri to her exhibition, at a studio in the warehouse district of North London.
It housed 15 canvases originally conceived 8 years ago, it’s a progression of her previous work, focusing on the embattled image of women in modern art.
The spacious warehouse was a great location for the exhibition, offering ample space for each of Carolina’s pieces. We were extremely impressed with the quality of the paintings. Each, visually striking, piece expressed an individual personality bound by intimacy, sensuality and a feeling of independence.
